Ready to work?

Do each exercise for 1 whole minute.

Push Ups - Start on toes and go to knees when you lose perfect form.

Jumping Jacks

Slow Squats - Keep those knees behind those toes!

Run in place - Get those knees up!

Crunches or Sit Ups

Jump Rope

Reverse Lunges

High Knees

Plank

Tricep Dips

     Repeat 2-3 Times
