Please do not be intimidated by this Houston Fitness Boot Camp. This program has been designed to be safe and effective. It is simply a different form of training from the run of the mill treadmill and weight training you may be used to. The program is fun and exciting and designed to give you amazing results without having to workout every single day! If you are bored, ready for some serious results, or just want to see what all the hype is about – give it a try. We are sure that you will have a blast!

 

WHO IS THIS CYPRESS FITNESS BOOT CAMP FOR?

The client that is generally healthy and wants to blast fat, gain strength, and improve overall health and fitness.

WHO IS THIS FITNESS BOOT CAMP NOT FOR?

Clients with major physical limitations such as:

  • A heart condition

Major current or previous joint injuries such as:

  • Herniated discs in the spine or neck
  • Degenerative disc disease
  • Chronic knee problems
  • Chronic neck pain
  • Chronic back pain

You should always be cleared with your physician before you engage in strenuous physical activity such as personal training or aerobics classes; it is the same for Fitness Boot Camp.

IS FITNESS BOOT CAMP RIGHT FOR SOMEONE NEW TO EXERCISE?

Yes, Fitness Boot Camp is great for someone who is new to exercise. Each exercise will be demonstrated with level 1, level 2 or level 3 options. If you are new to boot camp or exercise in general, you should start with level 1 and work up to level 3. Your trainer will offer modifications for every single exercise. However, if you feel that it is just not right for you – there is always the option of Total Body Training.

WILL WE RUN IN FITNESS BOOT CAMP?

There will be runners and non-runners that will participate in Fitness Boot Camp. If you always work at your own personal level and push yourself – you will get amazing results whether you are running or power walking. Always listen to your body!

IS FITNESS BOOT CAMP COMPETITIVE?

Only against your own best. Everyone is different and will start at different places. Your motivation is to always beat your personal best, while still listening to your body and pushing yourself appropriately.

WHAT IF I AM OVER 40, 50 OR EVEN 60 YEARS OLD?

Fitness Boot Camp is safe and suited for anyone of any age! For every exercise we will demonstrate 3 levels. Start on level 1 and shoot to work up to level 3. You don’t have to run or jump if you don’t want to. We have lots of exercises to choose from. Give it a try today!
